Chick-fil-A Kitchen Manager (full-time)

We have morning/daytime and afternoon/evening culinary leadership position available.

-Available to work a minimum of four days and 35+ hours per week including Fridays and Saturdays
-Ability to lead, direct, and coach team members; providing positive feedback, performance calibration conversations, and disciplinary actions when deemed appropriate by restaurant guidelines
-Can balance work and personal life, leaving personal business outside the restaurant while maintaining a healthy focus on business operations, team morale, and culture
-Demonstrate a strong capacity to grow, learn, and educate the team on new products, systems, and processes


-Lead and motivate other team members and team trainers to be their best, while maintaining a high standard of excellence and performance
-Provide support to the Kitchen Director while including them in procedure or policy decisions that have the potential to impact the restaurant and customer experience
-Implement decisions made by management and/or operator
-Facilitate team goals focus, communication, procedural requirements, motivation, reward & recognition
-Consistently coach and mentor team members and team trainers around restaurant systems, hospitality, product standards, and best practices
-Empower, encourage and provide honest feedback to team members and team trainers on a daily basis
-Lead pre-shift huddles, ensure all team members on shift are aware of their positions, the gameplan, shift goals, and overall vision for the day
-Ensure the restaurant is kept neat, clean and organized at all times
-Oversee completion checklists during your scheduled shift
-Facilitate opening and/or closing of the restaurant with your team in a reasonable amount of time while adhering to restaurant security policies and procedures
-Ensure Chick-fil-A processes, systems, and procedural requirements are being met- portion size, packaging, presentation, FIFO, etc.
-Appropriately handle all disciplinary issues, and play a positive role in team member development
-If closing, facilitate pre-close functions while not compromising service, speed, and food quality standards
-Ensure cleanliness of all areas is top-of-mind and maintained with a passionate focus on customer perception
-Ensure all waste tracking procedures are followed at all times (kitchen and front)
-Communicate with restaurant management about any equipment issues, team member concerns, or safety issues
-Ensure kitchen, fries, and chutes holding systems and timers are used at all times
-Be an enthusiastic advocate and model the language and mindset of hospitality
